The machine applies a German sensor to achieve the functions of no filling without the bottle, no capping without lids. The capping part adoptes servo motor capping to avoid the cap damage. It's filling part adopts High precision filling pump-XQX2 system to make sure the filling accuracy. The whole machine speed is 2400 BPH and it can be connected with the labeling machine to be a filling line.
